Our Story
A little bit of Italy, overlooking the Texas fairways
Morea Italian Steakhouse opened along the greens of a Floresville golf course with one goal: bring white-tablecloth Italian steakhouse cooking to a town that deserved it. Owner Valon is hands-on and detail-oriented in every dining room, and it shows — from the first pour of a hand-crafted cocktail to the last bite of tiramisu.
In the kitchen, wood-fired steaks are cooked exactly to order alongside Italian classics like sun-dried tomato Pollo Bronx, herb-crusted Sole Oreganata, and vodka cream pastas made from scratch. At the bar, our mixologist crafts seasonal cocktails built to be talked about long after the glass is empty.
But it's the view that guests remember first: floor-to-ceiling windows and a covered patio look straight out over the pond and fairways, turning a Tuesday dinner into something worth dressing up for. Upscale, yet comfortable and welcoming — that's the Morea way.
